    It's overpriced - Take a look at other homes for sale in your area as well as the homes that have sold. If yours is much higher than the comps, this is typically the reason why a home is not selling in a market where inventory is extremely low!

    It's poorly marketed - You need enticing marketing and maximum exposure to buyers locally and nationally. Buyers want to see HD photos and other enticing marketing content. If your home is just on Zillow, the net you are casting will not be nearly as big as when you post to the MLS.
